Artists Alley

Thanks for your interest in being a part of the Artist Alley at Crunchyroll Expo!

Crunchyroll Expo’s Artist Alley is curated and space is limited. Filling out an application does not guarantee a spot – we will review applications and sent out status notifications.

If accepted to move forward as part of Crunchyroll Expo 2019 Artist Alley, you will be sent a contract, which you must return with payment within two weeks of receipt to reserve your space. All Artist Alley packages are $295 and include one table, two chairs, and two Artist Alley Badges. Artists must be 18 years old or older by August 30, 2019. Individual artists may only apply for one table.

Artists are responsible for collection and payment of Sales Tax related to all art/items sold at their Artist Alley space and should obtain all licenses, permits, and identification numbers needed to do that. You may be required to show proof of a California Sellers permit.

Our Artist Alley is for indie creators, webcomic artists, crafters, makers, and professional writers and illustrators – and everything sold must be the work of the creator at the table. If you are selling mass-produced items or are otherwise a retailer or publisher, you will not be approved for Artist Alley and should inquire about expo booths.

Additional rules and guidelines will be available when applications open.
