We are very sad to announce that Crunchyroll Expo, at least in its usual physical form, will not take place this year. The health and safety of our fans, attendees, exhibitors, guests and staff is our number one priority and given the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 virus, we believe this is the right decision. Fans who purchased tickets to this year’s event have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to next year’s event at this year’s prices.

Important Refund Terms and Conditions:

  1. Refunds can only be issued to the original ticket purchaser.
  2. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but due to high volume, please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.
  3. Your acceptance of a refund serves as an amendment to the Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") entered into between you ("Holder") and Management for one or more Event Badges. Notwithstanding any contradictory provisions in the Agreement, Holder shall be entitled to a refund of (1) all registration fees, and, if applicable, (2) payments for merchandise that has not been shipped, each where already paid to Management by Holder for Badges/unshipped merchandise. Full compliance with all Ticket Return Terms is required to receive a refund and Management may deem a Holder in non-compliance in its sole discretion. Subject to the modifications herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
